• Your IP address — for basic rate-limiting and abuse prevention. We do not use it for tracking or analytics.
• A timestamp — when you subscribed and when you last accessed a case file.

We do not collect your name, phone number, payment information, browsing history, or any other personal data.

How We Use Your Email

Your email is used for one purpose only: as a direct point of contact between the creator (Poggy) and subscribers. This may include:

• Occasional updates about new case files or investigations
• Announcements about the YouTube channel or related projects
• Direct communication from the creator to the community

That’s it. Nothing else.

What We Will Never Do

• We will never sell your email list. Not to advertisers, sponsors, partners, or anyone else. Period.
• We will never share your email with third parties for marketing purposes.
• We will never send automated spam, promotional blasts for products we don’t make, or unsolicited advertising.

Cookies

We use a single cookie (el_access) to remember that you’ve entered your email so you don’t have to re-enter it every visit. This cookie:

• Contains your subscriber ID and email (base64-encoded)
• Expires after 30 days
• Is HTTP-only (cannot be read by third-party scripts)
• Is not used for tracking, analytics, or advertising

We also use localStorage to remember whether you’ve solved a case file’s puzzle, so your progress isn’t lost on page refresh. This data stays in your browser and is never sent to our server.

Third-Party Services

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Google’s privacy policy applies to that connection. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other tracking or advertising scripts.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your email remains in our database as long as the site operates. If you want your email removed, contact us at the address below and we’ll delete it within 7 days.
